My Approach
I believe we all have the innate capacity to heal. As your therapist, I am honored to support and guide you by working with you to identify what challenges may be impeding that healing process. Together, we’ll generate curiosity and bring new energy to how you might experience yourself differently. In this way, therapy is like an injection of hope into the experience of suffering.
In my practice, I draw from from a variety of clinical theories, including attachment theory, psychodynamic theory, general systems theory, developmental theory, and behavioral change theory. I integrate and apply a variety of therapeutic modalities, including parts work (IFS), somatic practices, and relational work. I am known for working through seemingly intractable impasses, resulting in my clients feeling validated, relieved, and recognized.
Most importantly, I cherish the intimate connections I form with my clients and am honored to be a part of their healing journeys.
